GO THE DISTANCE
The race is a mix of road and well surfaced flat trail, very gentle undulations with just one sharp turn and a hump-back canal bridge to negotiate. Plus some stunning scenery to zoom your way through.
INFORMATION
Race numbers for both races will be allocated to you on the day at registration - they will have a timing chip attached so you can check your times after the race!

Medals will be presented as you cross the line, along with water.

The Start and Finish for both events will be on Lakeland's Academy's school field. The event will be compared by 'Potteries Marathon Promotions' so be sure to have your number visible so you can be cheered along by name!

We know you will be working hard and pushing through the 6-mile race but, don't forget to SMILE , as the wonderful Bryan Dale will be around the course taking photographs while you work up a sweat.

His pictures can be found after the race on his website!
Photos are totally free for you to download - he will even send the high-resolution digital original to you by email if you ask - again for free.
About 3 weeks before the race, Bryan will put a banner on the website with an interactive map for you. Just click on the coloured dots to see a photograph of that spot on the course."
